2026 Washington Ducks Unlimited Guns of May 31 Gun Giveaway Rules
Persons under the age of 21 may not purchase a Guns of May 31 Gun Giveaway entry or win a prize.
Entries are $50/each and are limited to 1000. Each entry constitutes an equal chance to win. All unsold entries become the property of Ducks Unlimited and will not be in the drawing.
A complete list of gun prizes is available upon request and will be posted on the WA Guns of May Website: www.dugunsofmay.org.
Cash, checks, credit cards, or debit cards are accepted for sale of the entries. Checks returned or declined payments will be subject to an extra charge and possible disqualification from the Guns of May 31 Gun Giveaway.
Random drawing will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2025. Winners need not be present to win. Winning tickets will be returned to the drawing barrel after each drawing.
All winners will be posted on the Washington Guns of May 31 Gun Giveaway website. Winners will be notified following the posting with instructions to claim their prize.
The winner for each day receives the gun on the website for that day.
No 31 Day Gun Giveaway prize will be awarded until the entry ticket and money have been accounted for by Washington Ducks Unlimited.
Firearms require safe usage. All winners must follow manufacturer instructions and obey safe gun-handling procedures. Washington DU assumes no liability for firearm use.
All local, state, and federal firearm regulations must be met before a winner can receive a firearm.
In the event a winner receives a defective firearm, they must follow the warranty steps outlined by the manufacturer. All warranties are solely the manufacturers’, therefore Washington DU cannot be held liable.
If a winner is unable to pass the BATFE background check, they will forfeit their prize to Washington Ducks Unlimited.
All gun winners are responsible for a $25 fee to cover shipping and transfer to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Winners are also responsible for any fees charged by their local FFL.
All 31 Day Gun Giveaway prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the winner is notified. All unclaimed gun prizes will become the property of Washington Ducks Unlimited.
Washington DU reserves the right to modify any of the 31 Day Gun Giveaway prizes if needed based on manufacturer’s available inventory.
